Dominique Moreno is a PR specialist, social media strategist, content creator, and marketer based in New York City. She is currently Director of PR and Marketing for Megyn Kelly’s highly rated podcast The Megyn Kelly Show. Dominique is a New York University graduate with a Master’s degree in Business in Entertainment, Media, and Technology, Entertainment Law, Music Business, and Marketing. She has previously worked at Warner Music Group, Uproxx, Lincoln Center, Mom+Pop Music, Betches Media, and Condé Nast.
Additionally, Dominique contributes to broader fields in the media and entertainment industry. With her music, acting, and modeling background, Dominque was also featured in HBO television shows alongside Theo James in The Time Traveler’s Wife and James Franco in The Deuce. Throughout her career trajectory, Dominique’s strong, experienced skill set when it comes to marketing, selling a brand, or understanding an audience, corresponded to her background as a performing artist.
Dominique holds her Bachelor’s degree in harp performance from the Manhattan School of Music, where she studied with Metropolitan Opera harpist Susan Jolles. Her versatility with repertoire spanning across pop, classical, broadway, jazz, and contemporary, had her featured in studio recordings and collaborating with GRAMMY award-winning artist and composer Billy Childs and Golden Globe/Emmy Award-Winning actor Alec Baldwin. Collectively in orchestra and ensemble settings, Dominique has worked with GRAMMY award-winning conductor Leonard Slatkin, George Manahan, David Loud, Larry Livingston, Philip Mann, and many others.
As an active performer in NYC, Dominique has a varied career as a soloist and orchestra harpist. Her wide-range career has included performing in corporate fashion events featuring special guests such as Danielle Jonas and Michael Russo. She has also performed in prestigious concert halls and venues including Carnegie Hall, and Jones Hall, home of the Houston Symphony.
As a soloist, Dominique has won multiple awards, including third prize in the Milligan Harp Competition (2019), ranking first in a state competition in Texas (2016), and first prize in the Milligan Harp Scholarship Competition (2014). She has also worked with harpists including Nancy Allen, Mariko Anraku, Emmanuel Ceysson, Anneleen Lenaerts, and Paula Page.
Dominique began her musical studies learning piano at four years old. She started violin when she was nine and began learning the harp at age ten with Emily Mitchell. As a part of her training, Dominique attended Ruth Faber’s Harp course in England. She studied with UK’s acclaimed harpists Ruth Faber, Keziah Thomas, Eleanor Turner, Camilla Pay, and Rachel Masters.
Dominique currently maintains a private harp studio in NYC. Previously, she has been invited to mentor and teach children ages 8-13 at Ruth Faber’s Junior Harp Course in Bath, England.
